Contents: PVC plate 2kg x 4 and 3kg x 4, 2 exercise bars
5kg weight set = put 1 2kg plate on each side and two arm weight, the weight is not finished and each free weight will be (2kg x 2 = 4 + 1 arm bar weight kg) = 5 kg
7kg weight set = place 1 x 3kg plate on each side with two heavy arms. The total weight and any empty weight will be (3kg x 2 = 6 + 1 kg empty weight) = 7 kg
11kg weight set three = place 1 x 2 kg and 1 x 3 kg plates on each side on top of two heavy arms. The total weight and any empty weight will be (3 kg + 2 kg x 2 = 10 + 1 kg empty weight) = 11 kg
