For hair: Soak henna powder in warm water for 2 to 3 hours (mix one piece of henna powder with about four pieces of water).
Apply the paste thoroughly from the roots to the ends of the hair. Leave it for 3-4 hours. Wash it completely with water.
For hands/feet - Cleanse/feet with a professional cleanser and water and allow to dry. Mix henna powder with lukewarm water to make it smooth and let it sit for an hour.
Apply this paste on your hands/feet as needed. Let the paste stay on the hands and feet for at least 2 to 3 hours. Remove/wipe off material from hands/feet or wash with water if not easily disposed of.
